The Beginning of Spring has arrived, and the signs of spring are growing stronger. On February 4, 2026—the very day that marks the traditional Chinese solar term of Lichun—Shandong Zhonghuan Zhongjie Biotechnology Co., Ltd. held a special “We’re All Dumpling Makers” dumpling-making event.

That day, the activity room was filled with a festive atmosphere. Flour, fillings, various seasonings, and cooking tools were neatly arranged on the tables, waiting for the “chefs” to arrive. Around 9 a.m., the event officially kicked off, and employees quickly divided themselves into several small groups, eagerly rubbing their hands together, ready to show off their culinary skills.

The event venue was buzzing with excitement. Everyone had clearly defined roles: some were in charge of rolling out the dough, others of preparing the filling, and still others of wrapping the dumplings. Although many employees were trying their hand at dumpling-making for the first time, thanks to the mutual guidance and assistance from their colleagues, soon trays were filled with dumplings of all shapes and sizes. Laughter and cheerful chatter echoed throughout the venue as everyone enjoyed the exciting scenes of “Empress Xi’s Return to the Palace,” while simultaneously rolling dumplings and enthusiastically sharing amusing stories from work and life. After nearly three hours of hard work, the employees had collectively made nearly a thousand dumplings. At this moment, the braised chicken in the pot was bubbling away, releasing waves of mouthwatering aroma. When the tantalizingly delicious braised chicken with mushrooms and plate after plate of steaming hot dumplings were brought to the table, everyone’s face was filled with joy and a sense of accomplishment.
